Most days, you’ll find the two of us jetting around town to appointments, checking on our remodel projects, or at our office clicking away on our laptops. When we left our corporate jobs to build this dream together, we couldn’t imagine how difficult and demanding our days would become. But, we also couldn’t have predicted how meaningful and wonderful this journey became. The two of us create beautiful homes in our native Phoenix, Arizona, we help others buy and sell houses, and we help other business owners become their most successful.
We aim to empower others to take ownership of their homes and businesses.
At home, we believe your living space can be ultra stylish, but still warm and welcoming. High quality work with unique design elements is the name of the game. From the kitchen where everyone gathers, to the drop-dead gorgeous master suite, we want you to feel right at home.
When we left our corporate 9-5’s, we knew we wanted to build a business that was authentic, sustainable, and built to serve. The work isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Through thoughtfully built systems and learning to leverage skills and resources, you can achieve this, too.

Meet Stefanie
I think I have the best job in the whole wide world, and a big part of it might just be because I get to look over my desk at my hunky husband almost every day. As a Phoenix native, I am well accustomed to the 100+ degree summers, but fall colors and cozy, rainy days are special treats for my soul.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been insatiably curious about all kinds of seemingly unconnected things: Fitness, mindfulness, philanthropy, digital marketing, coding (badly), and graphic design — just to name a few.
At some point along the way, stalled on the ladder of corporate America, I realized that my life could look however I want it to look. I held on to this belief for dear life — MY dear life! — and it is a guiding force behind my journey in entrepreneurship.
At home or in business, I believe that everyone should feel empowered to create their best life.
Meet Bryce
Most days you find me running around town to check on the projects, touching base with our clients, or just putting in some time at the office. My favorite things to do, though, is to catch a movie with my (basically perfect) wife or cuddle with our four rescue dogs.
In my opinion, there is no better place to be than Phoenix. Maybe it’s because I am a native to the valley, or maybe it’s all the great wine & craft beer you can find here, or of course it could be the awesome food scene. While I love a good beach vacation, there’s just nothing like being here in Arizona.
Coming from a finance background, working with numbers has always come pretty easy to me. It’s helped make some of the more complicated aspects of real estate transactions easy for me to navigate. But, having a creative outlet in designing homes has been a fun surprise for me. With every house, we get to try something different, and it’s been a lot of fun.
Having the opportunity to try new things and grow our businesses in new ways is something everyone should experience.
