11th Street Condo: A Central Phoenix Remodel
Central Phoenix has a really cool vibe, and we wanted to pull as much of that into our 11th Street Condo as we could. For this renovation, we went with cool grays, plenty of tile accents, and touches of rustic wood to keep the home warm. Overall, we knew this home needed to hit the market with lots of style and special touches for it to be worthy of one of our favorite neighborhoods in town.
Because the living area is the first thing guests will see when they enter the home, we wanted to make the space look bright and welcoming, while also creating a comfortable space for the new owner to enjoy relaxing in.
Dining & Kitchen
The kitchen was small but functional, so the main goal was to brighten up the space, and make major updates to the cabinets, lighting, and fixtures. We went with a classic white subway tile with dark grout, a giant basin sink, and two-toned cabinetry to add interest. The dining area got a new light fixture, that perfectly anchors the space.
Upstairs were two large master suites. We love this layout, because it provides lots of options and great rentability to new homeowners. Each suite got a complete makeover, with new carpet, added lighting, and a full renovation of the en suite bathrooms. Some walls were reconfigured where necessary to create more space and functionality.

The walls of the en suite had to be completely reconfigured to create more separation from the bedroom, as well as to create a larger shower. Before, Bryce himself couldn’t fit in the shower! The bathroom was so small that we hardly get a proper “before” picture. Now, it’s spacious and fit for a king!

This room didn’t need too much heavy lifting. The walk-in closet was dressed up with a pretty barn door, and the en suite got a full tile treatment, a new vanity and new fixtures.
